Phil's path to becoming the MD of Evolve House and Grounds Ltd has been an interesting one. Starting off as a Project Assistant creating computer software for utility companies he then gained entrance to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst - although he later decided not to go due to personal circumstances. He then quickly moved on to the Oil & Gas Industry working as an NDT Inspector for National Grid on cross country pipelines. After working as a Quality Manager for one of the UK's biggest construction companies he was an Operations Manager within the Renewable Energy market. He has several professional qualifications and can offer Prince 2 Project Management.

James Dowdell, Operations Director.
James is the specialist. He has spent the last 15 years working both independently and for large companies obtaining the required expertise and knowledge - from putting up a shelf to building a house from the foundations up. As his title suggests he oversees and manages all site work(s) ensuring the appropriate standards are met as well as customer satisfaction.

Phil and James obviously can't do all of the work themselves!! Evolve therefore employ a network of approved installers that have been hand picked to ensure that the highest standard of workmanship is delivered.
All installers are frequently employed by Evolve so although they are sub-contractors, they behave and are treated as employees.
