ESTATE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
For large private estates we like to offer a maintenance contract to ensure that the property and its surrounding grounds are kept in the best possible order.
This service provides:
- increased knowledge of the estate through repeat visits
- increased trust due to ongoing working relationship
- agreed and scheduled dates for any works (either long term or at short notice)
- a point of contact for any estate based emergencies
- a one stop shop for all of your needs (we are also happy to manage external works)
- reduced rates for works that scope stretches beyond the maintenance programme
Example
The estate is visited by Evolve to be assessed and a schedule e.g. 3 day visits at quarterly intervals is agreed as a base point. The type of work covered by this agreement is clarified and a price for this service and all appropriate reductions that apply are provided (based on a figure that's payable monthly). Dates for the first visit are then established...
